Age Requirements and Training Individuals who have interest in a Common Bond driver career should have their own means of transportation and a clean driving record. Vehicles should be clean and organized to ensure safe delivery for guests. Drivers must be 16 years of age or above. Salary and Compensation Common Bond drivers have an hourly wage of $8.00. In addition to the pay rate, though not required tips are also accepted by the drivers. Annual salary can range anywhere from $16k and $55k. Career Advancement and Benefits Hardworking drivers can grow into managerial duties. Those who can work in a very face-paced environment and keep composure are encouraged to move up within the company. Workers on shift receive various food discounts. 40 hours vacation after 1 year of service. 80 hours vacation after 3 years of service.
