We're seeking a Pricing Analyst II to help drive strategic insights and support our commitment to innovation and accessibility. Job Responsibilities Leading estimating and pricing efforts for a portfolio of programs and products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support all phases of the proposal process, from proposal development through negotiations Compile cost and pricing elements in the development of proposals in accordance with Request for Proposal (RFP) and compliant with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Develop pricing instructions for proposal kick-off to ensure alignment across all bidding functions Review proposal inputs from the team to ensure alignment with the proposal bidding strategy Development of custom cost formats and models to meet RFP requirements and business objectives Analyze BOEs to ensure reasonableness, compliance, and alignment with the proposal strategy Prepare and present cost and pricing materials at Bid Review, following the proposal schedule Support DCAA/DCMA audit requests and customer requests during fact-finding Participate as a member of the contract negotiating team, leveraging financial analysis to implement a variety of negotiation strategies Required Qualifications Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience in pricing, proposal development, finance, or accounting Bachelor's Degree required Strong MS Excel and analytical skills Experience with ProPricer Experience with government regulations related to the development and negotiation of cost proposals (FAR, DFARS, CAS, TINA), focused on FAR Part 15 Experience supporting the DCAA/DCMA cost estimating and pricing audit processes Preferred Qualifications Experience with VBA Macros Experience with Power BI & Power Automate This position requires you to have or obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
