About Our Client This opportunity is with a medium-sized construction firm specializing in property development projects across multiple locations. Job Description Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project schedules and budgets are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications. Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and provide regular updates. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards. Travel frequently to various project sites as required. The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: Proven expertise in construction management, particularly in property development projects. Strong ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry. Willingness to travel extensively to various project sites. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders. What's on Offer Competitive salary between $90,000 and $130,000 annually, depending on experience.
