Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Administer wound care treatments including dressing changes, debridement, and documentation Monitor wound healing progression and communicate findings with the interdisciplinary team Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and therapists to deliver coordinated care Educate staff, patients, and families on wound care management and prevention Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical records in the electronic medical record system Adhere to infection control and safety protocols in all aspects of wound care delivery Qualifications: Current and unencumbered LPN license in the state of Louisiana Previous experience in wound care or completion of wound care certification preferred Strong clinical knowledge of wound healing, infection control, and pressure ulcer prevention Excellent communication and collaboration skills Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) or other EMR systems is a plus CPR/BLS certification required Columns Rehabilitation and Care Center is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. #Venza123
