Contract Supervising Pediatric SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) Location: Houston, TX (and surrounding areas)Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)Practice: SLP onCALL PLLCPosition OverviewSLP onCALL PLLC is seeking a licensed Pediatric SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) to provide homebased speech therapy services to children in the Houston area. This is a contract position offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work directly with families in natural environments.The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and experienced in pediatric speech and language disorders, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with caregivers and supervising SpeechLanguage Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in compliance with state regulations.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric patients in the home settingDevelop and implement individualized, evidencebased treatment plansSupervise and provide clinical oversight of SLPAs, including documentation review, supervision visits, and mentorship in accordance with Texas licensure requirementsEducate and coach caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic strategies during daily routinesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with payer and company requirementsCommunicate effectively with families, physicians, and other members of the care teamAdhere to ethical standards, safety policies, and professional best practicesQualificationsMasters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology from an accredited programActive Texas SpeechLanguage Pathology licenseASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCSLP) preferredEligible and willing to supervise SLPAs per Texas regulationsPediatric and/or home health experience preferredStrong clinical judgment, timemanagement, and organizational skillsReliable transportation and the ability to travel to patient homesComfort working independently in a homebased environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pervisit payFlexible schedulingAdministrative and scheduling supportOpportunity for consistent caseload growth recblid 99ppe9hejl47tids8fskyvmk5u3kvb
