What You'll Do: Post & Screen with Precision: Craft and share job postings that grab attention, then screen candidates with speed and accuracy to find the best fits for our General Manager, Account Representative, and Detailer/Lot Attendant roles. Chase the Best Talent: Persistence is key. Follow up with applications until you've secured the best candidates to present to hiring managers. Stay Organized: Juggle multiple roles and candidates while keeping everything on track with flawless organization. Communicate Like a Pro: Shine with clear, professional, and confident communication with candidates, employees, and executive leadership. Experience Required: Recruitment Expertise: You must have at least 1 year of experience in high-volume, high-stakes recruitment. This experience is critical to managing the fast pace and demands of recruiting for multiple key roles across the company.
