Recruiter- Accounting and Finance Temp

Solomon Page is seeking a driven Recruiter to join our Accounting & Finance Temporary Staffing division. This role is a split between candidate recruiting and lead generation/business development. Preference is for hybrid in El Segundo, but open to candidate across LA and OC. Compensation: 60k-75k + commission (some flexibility) Responsibilities:Recruiting: Source, screen, and interview accounting and finance professionals for temporary and contract roles Manage full-cycle recruiting including candidate outreach, evaluation, interview coordination, and offer processes Maintain an active pipeline of qualified talent across accounting and finance disciplines Conduct reference checks and support onboarding and placement processes Track candidate activity and hiring progress within internal ATS and CRM systems Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new client relationships through cold outreach, networking, and referrals Generate new job orders within accounting and finance functions (AP, AR, GL, FP&A, Controllers, etc.) Partner with hiring managers to understand immediate and ongoing staffing needs Build and manage a book of business while delivering high-quality temporary staffing solutions Maintain consistent client communication to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Required Qualifications: 1-5+ years of recruiting, staffing, or business development experience (accounting/finance preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with outbound outreach, cold calling, and lead generation Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and urgency If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
