Sr. System Administrator

Job Description Our client is looking for Sr. System Administrator located in Lansing, MI SUMMARY Seeking a Senior Systems Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance their IT infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in ensuring system performance, security, and availability while supporting a collaborative, onsite environment that values professional growth and long-term career development. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Install, configure, maintain, and support IT hardware and software across the organization Monitor system and network performance; proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high availability Administer user accounts, access permissions, and security settings in alignment with company policies Ensure compliance with security standards, access controls, and software licensing requirements Manage and maintain backup systems and disaster recovery plans Configure and support network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and related networking equipment Provide hands-on technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders Create and maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, network diagrams, and IT procedures EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE IT Administration or Systems/Network Administration experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms and Azure tools Experience working in hybrid IT environments If you are a high performer and would like to work for an equally high performing company and you think the above opportunity is appropriate for you, we invite you to apply to this job and email your resume to .
