This role serves as the on-site HR leader, supporting a large hourly workforce while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Provide HR leadership and guidance to plant leadership and employees Support payroll and HRIS processes for a 200+ employee workforce Ensure compliance with California labor laws and company policies Lead recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations efforts Partner with EHS on safety initiatives and Workers Compensation matters Support performance management and employee development programs Qualifications: 8+ years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment, including leadership and people management responsibilities.
