Manufacturing Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager for a Contract role with a client in Raynham, MA. The ideal candidate will lead manufacturingrelated project activities, partner with construction and validation teams, manage financial forecasting, and provide timely updates to senior stakeholders. Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Manufacturing Project Manager job responsibilities include: • Manage project activities with strong communication skills, ensuring clear updates and alignment across teams. • Prepare concise seniorleadership updates on short notice, presenting risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. • Deliver highquality presentations and escalate risks proactively to avoid timeline impacts. • Oversee daytoday financial management including spend tracking, forecasting, and annual planning. • Partner with onsite construction teams to ensure fitout meets required finish and facility standards. • Collaborate with Site QA teams to support validation activities and efficient process transfers. • Manage onsite project teams, ensuring small delays do not impact critical path milestones. • Work with leadership to support longterm strategic planning for the operational area. • Engage in technical discussions and maintain an interest in manufacturing technologies (3DP experience beneficial). • Drive successful project execution using strong organizational skills and proactive issue resolution. Desired Qualifications: • 6-8 years of experience in project management within manufacturing environments. • Experience communicating with senior leadership and delivering critical project updates. • Strong financial management experience including forecasting and budget planning. • Experience with construction coordination and facility fitout oversight (preferred). • Familiarity with validation processes and working with QA teams. • Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and maintain schedule discipline. • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills. • Background in 3DP manufacturing (nice to have, not required). • Bachelor's Degree required.
