Accounts Payable Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Payable Specialist role open with our client in Boca Raton, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire opportunity. Responsibilities Scan, code and process invoices daily utilizing two/three-way matching Perform weekly check runs, as well as invoice & vendor statement reconciliations Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies Set up new vendors Experience Three+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience required Skills/Knowledge Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and accounting software/ERP systems knowledge required High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail Solid communication, customer service, and organizational skills Education High school diploma; Associate degree in Accounting preferred Work Hours/Pay Rate Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week $55-60K If you meet all of the qualifications above for the Accounts Payable Specialist position, apply today!
