Job Summary: The Production Worker plays a key role in preparing parts for the application of a proprietary spray coating designed to improve product lifespan and performance. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position with significant potential for career advancement. Responsibilities: Visually inspect coated parts for quality and consistency Unload finished parts from fixtures Maintain accurate lot control and documentation Report defects in parts or coating application Monitor and report irregularities in spray line operation Support setup and changeover of spray line equipment Collaborate with team members and assist spray line operators Help train new employees as needed Maintain clean and organized work areas Load parts from bulk containers onto production lines Load finished parts into customer-supplied containers Stack and prepare boxes on skids (generally under 30 lbs.)
