Job Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based, individualized physical therapy care Evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs Document patient care accurately in EMR systems in accordance with compliance standards Collaborate with therapists, aides, and front office staff to ensure excellent outcomes Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and mentorship programs Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current California PT license (or eligibility) Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply About Us California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is a proud partner of the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN).
