Your Qualifications A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CACREP-accredited program or equivalent. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if not already ASHA-certified. Certifications Needed State license as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of employment.
