Primary Responsibilities: Interpret plans and specifications in order to prepare written proposals for bids and proposals Possess knowledge of local material, labor and equipment costs Maintain understanding of all local, city and state building codes in assigned locations Manage and train project engineers and assistant project estimators to ensure proper growth within the organization Continuously develop and improve upon knowledge for all product lines, including drywall, acoustical, doors/frames/hardware (Div 8) and specialties (Div 10).
