Work with a well-established GC in East Bay Ability to work hybrid-remote About Our Client General contractor specializing in commercial construction, including retail, office, industrial, and tenant improvement projects, with a strong focus on quality and collaboration. Job Description Manage all phases of drywall and framing projects, from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate and schedule self-performing crews, materials, and equipment Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure accurate execution Track labor productivity and adjust staffing to meet project goals Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to align with field schedules Manage change orders, RFIs, and documentation related to drywall and framing scopes Collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate progress, issues, and solutions Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards Monitor costs, approve invoices, and control project budgets Oversee quality control, punch list completion, and final inspections MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
