We are a growing community association management firm seeking a full-time Community Association Manager to manage and oversee a portfolio of 8-10 condo and HOA communities. We provide our community managers with the support of a customer service team, senior community manager, and other support staff to lighten the workload and allow our team to provide superior customer service and effective management.Your Role:- Oversee a portfolio of 8-10 condo and/or HOA communities- Work directly with the association Board of Directors- Attend Board Meetings and Annual Meetings as scheduled with Board- Prepare annual budgets and monitor monthly financials- Coordinate completion of maintenance work orders and projects- Perform property inspections and manage compliance with community rulesYour Qualifications:- Real estate, property management, or hospitality experience required- Community association management experience preferred- Certifications are preferred (CMCA, AMS)- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations- Organization skills, including attention to detail and effective task prioritization- Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamYour Benefits:- Competitive Salary of $60,000 to $65,000 with Bonus Opportunities- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance- 401k with Employer Contribution- 11 Paid Holidays & 15 Days of Paid Time Off (PTO)- Flexible Schedule & Hybrid Work (In-Office & Remote)- Technology Allowance (Phone & Data)- Paid Training & Certifications (CMCA, AMS, PCAM)Apply today for your opportunity to join our growing team! recblid dkze6j7vzmyikje639cgsyq3jrs4qm
