Responsibilities Under the direction of the unit director and with the direct supervision of the Charge RN and/or staff RN/LPN, the Patient Care Tech facilitates patient care through assistance with activities of daily living, provision of a clean, comfortable, and safe care environment, and performance of delegated technical procedures.
