Operations Assistant NF-02 This position is located at Community Activity Center (CAC), Camp Parks, California. CAC has a variety of activities and programs for Soldiers to enjoy. Duties Assists management with the operation of facility in accordance with established procedures. Issues, receives and controls cash receipts and change funds; verifies cash counts of funds turned in by cashiers. Determines cash shortage or overages. Assures only authorized patrons utilize the facilities. Completes and submits daily reports of operations. Monitors inventories, place and receive food and beverage orders. May assist bartenders in setting up bars and/or cashier's bag. Completes fire safety checks and secures the facility. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions Of Employment Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required. Meet qualification/eligibility/T1 background requirements for this position. A one-year probationary period may be required. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check. May be required to lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors. Hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 0800-2100, Sunday 1200-1700. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required based on mission needs and in support of special events. Qualifications Resumes must be two pages (or less). A qualified candidate must possess the following: Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items. Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment. Skill in providing customer service. Ability to communicate effectively. This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
