If so, please submit your resume today! ?Hotel General Manager Benefits: Salary - $78,000 to $90,000 Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K Retirement plan with company match Travel discounts on our branded properties Career growth opportunities Hotel General Manager Responsibilities: Train, Lead, Mentor, and develop team members to consistently provide a memorable Guest experience Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to, Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and Engineering Identify property needs and execute a plan to address those needs Prepare operational budgets, facilitating financial planning and expense control Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals Serve as the Brand Ambassador in the Community Hotel General Manager Qualifications: At least 35 years of General Manager experience Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment Proven track record in delivering financial results Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven track record of positive associate satisfaction scores
