Develop and nurture professional relationships with referral sources including physician offices, hospitals, care facilities, and community organizations. Promote the agency through strategic marketing and educational initiatives to establish a strong presence across regional communities in the United States. Engage actively in delivering exceptional customer service and maintain respectful, collaborative relationships. Essential Functions Design and implement marketing strategies for existing and new services. Plan and lead educational seminars to promote the agency, its staff, and programs. Build and sustain strong partnerships with physicians, community members, businesses, and media outlets. Operate independently with high energy, creativity, and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks daily. Maintain social media presence, update website content, produce quarterly newsletters, and manage correspondence with referral sources. Foster relationships with facility and physician office personnel to educate on services and expand referral networks. Represent the organization at community meetings to raise awareness and promote services. Develop advertising content and coordinate placement in appropriate media channels. Participate actively in regional service area organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce or Rotary Club. Comply with HIPAA privacy and security regulations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI). Minimum Knowledge and Skills Proficient computer and keyboarding skills. Basic understanding of marketing techniques and public engagement. Effective communication abilities. Preferred Knowledge and Skills Previous marketing experience, preferably in healthcare. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably within a healthcare-related environment. Required Licenses and Certifications Valid state driver's license. Auto insurance meeting or exceeding state requirements.
