SBB Onboarding Specialist Treasury Management Pay Rate: $54.25 $62.25 per hour Employment Type: Contract Work Location: Hybrid onsite (must sit onsite) Approved Locations: McLean, VA; Richmond, VA; Wilmington, DE; or New York, NY (Flatiron) Job Overview The SBB Onboarding Specialist brings deep technical expertise in Treasury Management products and plays a critical role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new and existing clients. This individual manages the end-to-end implementation of Treasury Management solutions, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding lifecyclefrom client commitment through revenue realization. Working closely with Treasury Management Sales Officers, Client Service teams, and cross-functional business partners (product, operations, technology, and risk), the Onboarding Specialist ensures timely, high-quality delivery of solutions that enhance the client experience, drive revenue generation, and increase client retention. Key Responsibilities Independently manage end-to-end Treasury Management implementations for new and existing clients, exercising sound professional judgment in decisions that impact client experience Serve as the central point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and accountability Develop customized implementation plans tailored to each client's needs, including defined timelines, roles, and responsibilities Partner closely with Treasury Management Sales Officers on deals prior to sale commitment to ensure feasibility, proper solution design, and smooth post-sale execution Facilitate pre-implementation kickoff meetings and post-sale client calls (in person, via teleconference, or email) to review requirements, documentation, and agreed-upon timelines Act as a subject matter expert on Treasury Management products, providing guidance on complex product setups and advising on product modifications as needed Accompany and/or support Sales Officers on client calls to explain complex product structures and ensure solutions align with client needs Direct junior resources and coordinate with internal partners to deliver products and services within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs) Maintain ownership of a portfolio of active client implementations, tracking milestones, promised dates, and aged items to ensure timely completion Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all implementation deliverables, including execution of client operational instructions and documentation Apply project management best practices such as status reporting, issue tracking, and risk mitigation throughout the implementation lifecycle Conduct client training sessions for newly implemented Treasury Management products Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Attend meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance knowledge of Treasury Management products, processes, and industry trends Effectively prioritize daily workload to maximize productivity while managing multiple concurrent implementations Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, military experience, or equivalent professional work experience Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of in-depth experience with Treasury Management products and a strong understanding of the sales and implementation lifecycle Minimum of 4 years of customer service or client-facing experience Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proven ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple priorities Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Leadership and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate across functions Pay Details: $54.25 to $62.25 per hour Search managed by: Nicole Russ Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
