Position Summary Provide integrated human resources and manpower management support to the F-35 JPO, including resource management processes, manpower planning analysis, database administration, and in-/out-processing support. Key Responsibilities Provide integrated support for personnel and manpower management activities supporting and sustaining the F-35 program. Develop and implement formalized resource management processes. Perform continuous analysis of manpower plans and recommend efficient utilization of personnel resources. Administer the F-35 manpower database and support in-processing/out-processing of personnel.
