Job Details Location: Lebanon, PA 17042 (Lebanon County, Pennsylvania) Role: Med/Surg Telemetry Nurse / Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Setting: 32-bed Step-Down Intermediate Care Unit (3 South) Assignment Type: Travel Contract RN Start Date: March 30, 2026 End Date: June 29, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 3 shifts per week Hours per Week: 36 Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holidays as needed Floating: May float to other units (rehab, med/surg floors) as needed Estimated Weekly Salary: $1850-$1940/week Job Requirements / Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Tele RN / telemetry nursing experience Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required (no license hits accepted) Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA or ARC only) NIHSS certification preferred (stroke care experience a plus) EPIC charting experience required — strong documentation skills Experience caring for adult and geriatric populations, including cardiac and stroke diagnoses COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions allowed) Comfortable working in a tobacco- and fragrance-free facility Pre-employment modules (5–6 hours) must be completed prior to start Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with cardiac, stroke, and complex medical needs Continuous cardiac telemetry monitoring and interpretation; manage dysrhythmias and respond to telemetry alarms Provide post-cardiac procedure care and monitor for complications Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and perform phlebotomy per unit protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physical therapy, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, social services) to coordinate care and discharge planning Float to other units as assigned, including rehab and other med/surg floors Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EPIC and adhere to unit-specific workflows Follow infection control, isolation precautions, and hospital safety policies Participate in patient and family education to support recovery and transitions of care Apply now to join our healthcare team as a Travel Med/Surg Tele RN in Lebanon, PA.
