Position Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)Location: Sanford, FL Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends) Position Summary A 221-bed, Level II Trauma Center serving Central Florida is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift opportunity. The RRT will deliver high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care, including diagnostic testing, therapeutic interventions, and management of invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation. This role plays a critical part in emergency response and advanced airway management, including resuscitation support. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and maintain accurate documentation Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and chest physiotherapy Manage invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation Provide emergency airway management and resuscitation support Assist with transport of ventilator-dependent patients throughout the facility Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams Required Qualifications Minimum 6 months of recent acute care experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Active NBRC credentialing and state licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Associate Degree from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program BLS certification (within 30 days of hire) ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (within 6 months of hire) Compensation & Incentives Hourly Pay Range: $28 - $40 (based on experience) Night Shift Differential: $4.50/hour Weekend Differential: $3.00/hour Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis For more details reach Call / Text at 516-587-6677.About Navitas Healthcare, LLC: It is a certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
