Job Title :: Lead Business Systems Analyst Job Location :: Irving, TX Description :: AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an Lead Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team. Required Skills :- Strong product knowledge of Baker Hill NextGen application, including loan lifecycle and core banking processes. Experience in commercial and corporate lending platforms. SDLC and agile methodology are key Power BI and SQL knowledge is needed (doesn't need to be an expert) Responsibilities :- Work closely with business stakeholders, operations, and technology teams to ensure clear and complete requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, RACI chart, and process flows. Support UAT planning and execution, including defect management and business sign-off. Ensure alignment with banking standards, controls, and regulatory requirements. Nice to Have Nice to have experience with migration, APIs, and system integrations.
