Job Summary: We are actively looking for a committed and detail-oriented Will Call Associate to become a valuable part of our team. This role is crucial in assisting our customers and ensuring a positive experience during product pickups. You will: Assist customers with product orders and process them accurately and efficiently at the Will Call counter. Maintain records of customer transactions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in handling customer information. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods for customer purchases, processing transactions accurately and securely. Collaborate with the Distribution Center and shipping department to prepare customer orders for pick-up, ensuring items are packed securely and ready for collection. Exercise precision and attention to detail in verifying customer orders, product codes, and quantities, minimizing errors and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations when necessary. Assist in managing Will Call inventory, restocking shelves, and organizing products to optimize efficiency. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, and ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding customer transactions. Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to maintain a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience. You have: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in retail, warehouse, customer service, or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Enthusiastic attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
