Seeking a Logistics Analyst (Mid-Level) to provide comprehensive logistics administrative support to the federal customer. This position ensures accurate property accountability, efficient supply chain operations, and full life-cycle maintenance of mission-critical equipment within a high-tempo, classified environment. This successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Maintain accurate inventories of all accountable equipment, ensuring 100% property accountability. Manage the Financial Accounting and Corporate Tracking System (FACTS) database to track equipment and supply assets. Schedule and execute all required periodic equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance checks. Facilitate hazardous and non-hazardous shipments, coordinating with government and commercial carriers to ensure secure transportation. Prepare and process required DoD documentation, including DD Form 200 (Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss), DD Form 250 (Material Inspection & Receiving), and DD Form 1149 (Requisition & Invoice/Shipping). Maintain and organize warehouse storage space, performing functions involving requisition, receipt, shipping, storage, issue, and accountability of supplies and equipment. Coordinate material life-cycle maintenance, including inventory updates, repairs, replacements, and upgrades of government property. Assist the government in developing requirements and documentation for equipment acquisitions, micro-purchases, and procurement planning. Support the preparation and maintenance of logistics standard operating procedures (SOPs) and discrepancy reports to ensure audit readiness. Collaborate with leadership to identify and resolve deficiencies in support planning and performance, recommending improvements to achieve mission support goals. Qualifications & Requirements Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (required). Bachelors degree (preferred) in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of logistics or property management experience within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community. Proficiency with DoD supply/property systems such as FACTS and strong understanding of DoD 4140.01, AR 735-5, and AR 710-2 standards. Experience with hazardous materials handling, shipping regulations, and secure transportation procedures. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain audit-ready records and documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access).
