We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes including wound care, IV maintenance, and patient/family education. Monitor patient conditions and document care provided Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Educate patients and families on care plans and health management Communicate effectively with physicians and care team members Maintain accurate and timely patient records On call weekend every 3-4 weeks Qualifications: Valid RN or LPN license in [State] Current CPR certification Home health experience preferred (but not required) Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused We Offer: Flexible scheduling Competitive pay $45.00 per point/hour Supportive and friendly work environment Opportunities for growth and training 401k Benefits
