Class A CDL Driver

Class A CDL Driver Capitol Group is a local, customer-focused company with nine branches strategically located to provide immediate access to inventory, pricing, and shipping status. Since 1946, Capitol Group has been a leading distributor of plumbing, HVAC, industrial/mechanical, and kitchen and bath products in Illinois and Missouri. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our transportation team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our logistics operations while enjoying a supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate commercial Class A trucks to transport goods for local routes Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and delivery documentation Ensure proper loading and unloading of cargo, securing loads as necessary Skills and Qualifications: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with medical card and clean driving record Proven experience as a CDL driver, preferably with freight or logistics background Ability to handle physical demands of the job We offer full-time employees our extensive line-up of health benefits including: medical (free for employee), dental, vision, disability, life, identity theft, critical illness, and accident that are effective 31 days after hire.
