This role supports both the service and sales departments by keeping vehicles moving, assisting guests, and ensuring the dealership looks and operates the way it should. This position is ideal for someone who likes staying busy, takes pride in details, and understands that doing the small things right makes a big difference. WHAT YOU'LL DO Move dealership vehicles to maintain smooth and efficient traffic flow Maintain a clean and organized service drive, parking areas, showroom, and shop Prepare vehicles for display and delivery Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards Communicate clearly with advisors, managers, and dispatch to support daily operations WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Attention to detail and pride in presentation Friendly, customer-focused attitude Ability to work on your feet and outdoors for extended periods Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record Comfort driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles Basic computer knowledge Customer service experience is an asset ABOUT CADILLAC OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO Cadillac of South San Francisco proudly represents the Cadillac brand while serving drivers throughout the Bay Area.
