Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield , is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our Cardiothoracic Surgery & Specialty Care team. This position offers the opportunity to deliver advanced cardiac and thoracic surgical care within a collaborative, physician-led environment that prioritizes high-quality outcomes and compassionate, patient-centered care. The Cardiothoracic Surgery program serves a broad and diverse patient population across Kern County and the greater Central Valley. Surgeons work closely with cardiology, anesthesiology, critical care, nursing, and advanced practice providers to deliver coordinated care across the continuum—from diagnosis through surgery and recovery.
