Job Description The Bosch Home Comfort Group is a global provider of efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions with an innovative product portfolio adapted to regional needs. Following the acquisition of the residential and light commercial HVAC business from Johnson Controls and the Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning Joint Venture in August 2025, the company unites a comprehensive portfolio of global and regional brands, including Bosch, Buderus, Hitachi, and YORK®. Preferred locations: Dallas, TX; Norman, OK; or Wichita, KS Bosch Home Comfort is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities for the newly acquired JC Residential and Light Commercial Company-Owned Distribution Network. In this role, you will support both the Factory Direct and US Air networks, while also partnering closely with the broader Americas Procurement Organization. You will collaborate cross-functionally to identify operational gaps, implement effective solutions, and drive key performance metrics, including cost reduction and improvements in trade working capital. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for optimizing the new Company Owned Distribution Network's procurement- including both direct buy-resell goods, parts, and indirect expenses. Standardize and implement consistent strategies across the 100+ store network. Develop-Monitor KPI's to support business objectives, specifically focused on improving revenue, reducing costs, and reducing trade working capital. Influence team members from other functional groups, working in a matrixed environment ensuring the program outcomes align with the objectives of the business. Effectively track project deliverables to ensure they are delivered and up to standard. Identify and track issues to closure. QualificationsQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and extensive relevant experience 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations Background in procurement and/or product management Experience within the HVAC or distribution industry 2+ years of leadership experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or MBA Willingness and ability to travel globally (approximately 25%) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and SharePoint Proven ability to build strong relationships and effective teams Experience with supplier negotiations Additional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
