About the Role As a Relationship Manager, you will collaborate with the C-suite level of finance, legal, and technical groups within a global fintech environment with endless opportunities for success. Provide industry-leading solutions to prospective clients. What You Bring Manage senior stakeholders for your accounts in the eCom vertical to align on the relationship strategy and agenda, and serve as a point of escalation for the day-to-day relationship activities Responsible for selling the company's products and services, to grow the level of business we do across your portfolio Ensures that schedules and budgets are met according to contractual agreements. Oversee the creation and delivery of account plans, tracked with division leaders on a quarterly basis Coordinate multiple stakeholders across the business in locations around the globe (incl. Product, Legal, Finance, etc.) to be sure mutual objectives are met and we get the best outcomes for our customers Structure, negotiate and close deals to meet client expectations and Worldpay's ability to deliver; utilize company resources to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise. Exhibit a deep working knowledge of company products and services, and be able to articulate customer requirements to drive our product roadmap at Worldpay Focus on account retention with a growth mindset to explore new opportunities US-domestic travel required for this role Other related duties assigned as needed.
