To support this expansion, they are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager for their Maryland office. This role will play a key part in managing multifamily construction projects throughout the DMV region. Job Description The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction | Builder/Developer (DMV) will be responsible for: Assisting Project Manager with daily project coordination Supporting preconstruction activities including design reviews and budgeting Coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants during design development Managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Tracking schedule and budget progress and reporting variances Overseeing subcontractor activities and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Helping with procurement of materials and subcontractors Facilitating permitting and approvals process Assisting with punch list completion and project closeout Organizing as-built drawings, warranties, and turnover documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
