Mobile Concert Stage Technician Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Join a growing, dynamic company where your mechanical skills help bring live events to life! We are looking for a hands-on Mobile Concert Stage Technician to build state-of-the-art mobile concert stages from the ground up. If you enjoy working with tools, solving problems, and seeing your work come to life in real time, this role offers both challenge and reward. What You'll Do You'll play a key role in assembling fully functional mobile concert stages. Your work will include: Installing flooring, fiberglass components, and hydraulic systems Performing wiring and electrical connections Assembling and integrating various mechanical sub-components Using measuring instruments for precise, accurate assembly Meeting high quality and safety standards Working independently and collaboratively within a busy shop environment What We're Looking For Essential Skills Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly Comfortable sitting, standing, crawling under and on stage structures Able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong focus on safety and proper tool use Preferred Skills Ability to read standard shop drawings (preferred-not required) Strong mechanical aptitude or hands-on mechanical experience Experience in construction, electrical work, or hydraulics is a plus Why You'll Love Working Here On-the-job training provided - we'll teach the right candidate everything they need to know Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, innovative industry A hands-on role where no two builds are exactly the same Be part of a collaborative team that builds stages used for real concerts and events Work Environment Work across three buildings in a shop environment similar to a large garage Shop doors accommodate full-size stages Typical project duration: 1-2 months per stage Consistent, steady schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittsburg, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
