Do we have your attention? Keep reading. Pharmaworks, a Pro Mach Company, is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace by overseeing facility operations, performing maintenance and repairs, and coordinating with internal teams and external service providers. This position is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, managing projects, and keeping operations running smoothly. Does this work interest you? Keep our workplace safe, clean, and efficient through daily inspections and proactive maintenance. Partner with production managers and cross-functional teams to uphold high facility standards. Lead facility improvement projects across mechanical, electrical, and building systems. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, including HVAC servicing. Troubleshoot and repair facility and equipment issuesgetting to the root cause. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for upgrades and repairs. Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts. Support machinery relocation and enforce safety standards across the facility. If this sounds like you, we want to connect! High School Diploma or GED. 5+ years of experience in plant maintenance, custodial, or facility management. Valid driver's license; forklift and vehicle operation experience. Strong knowledge of plant systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, security, fire alarms, sprinklers). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent teamwork/organizational skills.
