There is also a no-cost medical option through Schumacher Family Medicine. 2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3PM - 1AM This position in will need to be able to run a mill and/or swiss. Essential Functions: Select, install, and align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces for CNC machines Perform machine setup, including zeroing axes, loading programs, and verifying parameters. Monitor machine operations during production runs and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity. Troubleshoot machining issues, including tooling wear, offsets, and surface finish concerns. Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with Inspection, Leads and Off-shift Personnel Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce scrap, and improve quality. Ability to prioritize according to demand Good housekeeping Conform to ISO13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and medical device industry requirements Other work-related tasks as assigned Competency: Must be able to read basic level blueprints features Must be able to use micrometers, dial calipers, and comparators Basic understanding of metrology reporting Basic math, calculation, and related skills needed Ability to comply with Quality System requirements Must be respectful and display a positive attitude Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience: Minimum 1 year of Medical Device experience Benefits Include: Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance Short-Term Disability Life Insurance 401(k) - 50% company match (up to 10% contribution) Paid vacation days Paid holidays
