For more information, please visit Job Summary: The Senior Treasury Analyst plays a key role in Cooper's global cash management and treasury operations. This position is responsible for daily cash positioning, cash flow optimization, and administration of banking platforms and treasury systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams across global regions. ResponsibilitiesGlobal Cash Operations Perform daily U.S. cash positioning; reconcile cash and debt balances and recommend short-term borrowings or paydowns. Support global cash operations, including monitoring balances, and executing wire transfers. Support the monthly intercompany netting process. Bank Administration Prepare, maintain, and track bank account documentation (KYC, account openings/closings, authorized signers, entitlements). Serve as a primary administrator for banking platforms. Administer aspects of the internal bank account management application. Treasury Systems Administer aspects of the treasury workstation. Support upgrades, data validation, and testing for system changes. Compliance and Reporting Prepare reports on global cash balances, FX rates, bank fees, interest expense/income, and other treasury metrics. Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance and control documentation. Assist in training business partners on Treasury policies and ensuring compliance. Serve as a backup to other Treasury team members for operational responsibilities. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Advanced skill in the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytic skills and ability to research. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including command of the English language for reading, writing, and comprehension. Strong attention to detail and accuracy of the information, with strong organizational skills and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities and responsibilities independently. Professional demeanor. Work Environment: Prolonged sitting/standing in front of a computer in a well-lit, air-conditioned office. Frequently required to use a telephone, computer, copier, and scanner. Professional office environment. Fast-paced environment. Experience: At least 5 years of relevant treasury experience; experience in cash management, banking administration, or treasury systems is strongly desired. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field required. For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $98,480.00 and $131,306.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
