Job Title: Litigation Legal Secretary Pay: $50,000-55,000 per year Location: Downtown Tulsa Benefits: This position is eligible for dental, health and vision insurance Job Type: Direct Hire Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Secretary with 3-5 years of litigation experience to support attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of court procedures, filing requirements, and litigation timelines, along with excellent communication and administrative skills. This role requires discretion, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to litigation attorneys. Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence. E-file documents in state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines. Maintain and monitor litigation calendars, including court dates, filing deadlines, depositions, and client meetings. Coordinate scheduling for hearings, depositions, mediations, and client conferences. Prepare and organize exhibits, trial binders, and case files. Manage case files electronically and in hard copy, ensuring accuracy and organization. Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and vendors. Process billing entries, expense reports, and timekeeping as needed. Perform conflict checks and assist with new matter intake procedures. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information. Qualifications: 3-5 years of litigation legal secretary experience required. Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and e-filing procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal document management systems. Experience with case management and time/billing software preferred.
