Job Description

Our client in Downtown Los Angeles, CA is hiring for an HR Coordinator to join their team. Role is onsite. Only local applicants will be considered. Pay $25 to 28 per hour. Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and the preparation of onboarding materials Assist with employee inquiries, performance review process, and training initiatives Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR database Address employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and compensation Support annual benefits enrollment and coordinate with external vendors Provide back up support to payroll department Qualifications: 1-2+ years of experience in human resources Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/HRIS REF #48984 #LI-POST #ZR
