Job Summary As a Expo/Food Runner, you will help guide guests through the dining experience. We have high expectations for hard work and attention to detail. Duties and Responsibilities Include: Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of service Anticipate and address guest needs and concerns Communicate with other staff and management regarding the needs of guests Complete all side work as assigned Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support other servers and kitchen staff in duties as required Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Active TABC certification required Excellent customer service and people skills required Strong verbal and written communication skills are required Minimum of 1 year as food runner experience in a full-service restaurant preferred High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively Benefits and Perks: Health Benefits, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays for Full Time Employees Gym, Restaurant, and Retail Discounts Wine Education Reimbursement Referral Incentives Volunteer Opportunities Career Advancement Opportunities Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.
