What You'll Do: As a Warehouse & Delivery Associate, you will play a mission-critical role in the daily operations of our business! You'll be responsible for a variety of warehouse functions including storing, picking, shipping, and receiving product. You'll also make local deliveries in one of our straight trucks, representing our company with professionalism and courtesy at every customer interaction. This is a hands-on role where teamwork, accuracy, and safety are top priorities. Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities: Accurately pick, store, ship, and receive materials in a fully computerized warehouse. Operate warehouse software and related technology to manage inventory. Safely load, unload, and deliver products to customer locations using a company straight truck. Provide outstanding customer servicefriendly, courteous, and polite. Operate a forklift and obtain/maintain forklift certification. Follow all safety policies and procedures, including completing pre-trip vehicle inspections. Lift and move materials up to 70 lbs as part of daily work. Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification: High School diploma or equivalent. Related experience required: driving a straight truck and/or truck with trailer. Valid driver's license with a good, clean driving record (no CDL required) but DOT experience is highly preferred. Computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software. Strong communication and people skills for frequent customer interaction. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs safely and repeatedly. Forklift certification (or ability to obtain). Physical Demands: Heavy lifting (up to 70 pounds). Standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout an 8-hour shift. Work Environment: Warehouse environment with continual exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures. Driving and customer delivery work in all weather conditions. Why Work With Us?
