The PM Estimating Administrator at Loftin Equipment Co. supports service sales growth by following up on all active opportunities for the Estimating Team. Through effective communication, this role works to create salesforce opportunities for all Rehlko Generators that are put into operation by the industrial Sales team and assigns to Aftermarket Sales Team accordingly. This role fosters strong relationships, supports business development, and enhances operational efficiency, all while contributing to the company's mission of delivering reliable, innovative, and sustainable solutions. To effectively perform in this role, the individual must be capable of successfully executing the following essential responsibilities: Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices while effectively utilizing all required tools, technologies, and platforms provided by LEC and Senior Management to streamline processes and enhance team effectiveness within 12 months. Create Salesforce opportunities on all Rehlko Generators that have been put into service in LEC's AOR. Aid in the collection, development, and submission of materials/documents utilized as part of bid submissions and/or RFP's Provide follow up communication on all open opportunities for renewals or new unit quotes as assigned by PM Estimating Team. Support Estimating and Service Sales teams with administrative tasks and requests for information. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following expectations satisfactorily: Daily: Document and analyze information to properly support the department, our customers (internal and external), and your team members. Utilize all required Loftin tools, platforms, and software. Constantly provide an above average customer experience (internally and externally). Build internal and external business relationships vital to the success of the organization. Understand customer dynamics and adapt to facilitate positive outcomes. Identify the needs of external customers and establish service programs/offerings to meet their needs. Aid the Aftermarket Service Sales team with requests for information. Communicate regularly with Estimating Team regarding difficulties meeting timelines, issues internally/externally with customers, obstacles outside of departmental control, or concerns with internal customers preventing the completion of your assigned duties. Weekly: Track and report progress towards personal goal and/or departmental goals established by Estimating Team and/or Director of Aftermarket Operations. Provide and communicate any obstacles or needs proactively. Monthly/Quarterly: Provide feedback to Estimating Team and/or Director of Aftermarket Operations on progress towards goals, plans, or benchmarked criteria. Report findings to Estimating Team and Director of Aftermarket Operations and make recommendations which would benefit both the department and the organization. Ad Hoc: Other duties and projects assigned. Most Critical Outcome: Accountable for achieving a 90% or greater call rate to customers who have purchased industrial equipment from Loftin Equipment Company greater than 6 months prior to the start-up date. Additional Measurements: Target a 50% conversion rate for PM Agreements on new units sold in 2025 & 2026. Target a 70% renewal rate for existing agreements. Achieve a minimum of 300 customer contacts per month logged in Salesforce. Handle AR communication for service sales to include liaison between salesperson and AR department for the establishment of new customer accounts to include following up with the team every 48 hours until account has been opened and plans are established. Assist establishing prepaid maintenance plans to enter service schedule within 6 months of start-up completed. Assist moving accounts and assigning assets for sales team. Qualifications/Experience/Education: 3+ years of operational experience, preferably within a similar industry, demonstrating the ability to manage complex processes and contribute to business growth. Proven project management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver on projects within budgetary constraints and timelines. Strong business acumen, coupled with a broad understanding of core business principles, enabling effective decision-making and the ability to drive results within a fast-paced environment. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with an impeccable attention to detail, ensuring that challenges are addressed thoughtfully and systematically to achieve optimal outcomes. Strategic mindset, with the ability to set clear, actionable goals and lead the implementation of process improvements that contribute to long-term success and efficiency. Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office 360 and other Microsoft products/systems. Strong technical aptitude, including ability to learn new systems quickly and train/support team in adoption. Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation and drug screen.
