Our family of brands include Tall Guy and a Grill, The Crafted Tavern, and The Dessert Cart, each offering a harmonious blend of local flavors that resonate with our communitys values. Position Details Lead all event coordination and execution for full-service events and weddings. Provide hands-on support at off-site catering events, including set-up and take-down. Work as the point of contact for all vendors participating in events, as well as the clients and guests. Manage the storage and organization of all event equipment. Train and oversee event staff, including briefing staff on event schedule, venue logistics, and client special needs. Maintain high-quality standards as it pertains to client service, food presentation, safety, and health standards. Work with the Sales Manager to debrief after events and create a process to close out all clients post-event. Assist with other duties as necessary or assigned to ensure company, team, and event success.
