Job Description

Role: SAP Hybris Testing Location: Austin, Texas (Onsite from day 1 is mandatory) Type of Hire: Full Time Permanent Job Description :- Required skill set - Perform end-to-end manual testing of SAP Hybris eCommerce platform, including regression, functional, integration, and system testing. Review and analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create detailed test plans and test cases. Execute test cases and report bugs, ensuring proper defect tracking and resolution. Validate UI/UX components, catalog management, cart/checkout processes, and integrations (payment gateways, third-party APIs). Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews) and collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners. Conduct smoke and sanity tests in various environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production). Work with tools like JIRA, Confluence, TestRail (or similar), and maintain traceability matrices. Support UAT testing and post-release verification. 10+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications, with at least 1-2 years on SAP Hybris platforms. Strong understanding of eCommerce business flows (product search, add to cart, checkout, order placement, etc.). Experience with API testing using tools like Postman (optional but preferred). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Experience with Hybris Backoffice Experience on AEM (nice to have). ISTQB certification or other QA certifications (nice to have).
