Work Location: This position is HybridJob Description: We Are Seeking a Rhapsody Developer / Software Solution Architect to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions within a healthcare messaging environment. This role focuses on enabling secure, reliable transmission of data across enterprise systems, improving automated processes, maintaining data integrity, and supporting system modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in healthcare integration technologies, enterprise service bus (ESB) environments, and technical leadership in complex application ecosystems. Responsibilities: • Design and implement integration solutions to support enterprise messaging, data exchange, and interoperability initiatives. • Develop interfaces based on business requirements and technical specifications. • Translate business needs into technical requirements, architecture designs, and system configurations. • Develop custom filters, mappers, and integrations using integration engine development tools. • Create API integrations using REST, SOAP, and web service technologies. • Perform data translation and mapping across multiple healthcare data formats including HL7, FHIR, CDA, XML, JSON, and flat files. • Develop and maintain database connections for enterprise systems. • Configure secure transport protocols, encryption methods, and authentication standards. • Conduct code reviews and maintain technical documentation aligned with SDLC best practices. • Provide technical leadership, oversight, and support to integration teams and business analysts. • Participate in system enhancement, maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementation projects. • Ensure system security, compliance, and performance across integration platforms. Required Skills: • Experience with healthcare integration platforms such as Rhapsody Integration Engine and related developer toolkits. • Strong experience designing and implementing healthcare interface solutions. • JavaScript programming experience for integration and automation tasks. • Proficiency with SQL, XML, and structured data formats. • Experience with HL7 v2 messaging standards, HL7 FHIR, CDA documents, and healthcare interoperability standards. • Knowledge of healthcare vocabularies such as LOINC, SNOMED, and RxNorm. • Experience with Health Information Exchange (HIE) technologies and interoperability frameworks. • Experience implementing solutions aligned with healthcare implementation guides and industry standards. • Experience developing secure integrations using protocols such as REST, SOAP, OAuth, TCP/HTTP, LLP, and TLS encryption. • Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture, ESB environments, and SDLC practices.Preferred Skills • Advanced experience using integration development toolkits for custom filters, mappings, and transformations. • Experience translating complex message payloads between structured and legacy formats. • Experience implementing secure transport mechanisms including certificate-based authentication and encryption. • Background in healthcare enterprise systems integration or large-scale data exchange initiatives.Available Benefits: • Medical Benefits (Platinum level plans available) • Work from home / Hybrid / Onsite options • PTO • Holiday Pay • VTO • 401K • Charitable Match • Training reimbursement About KēSTA I.T.:Our name says it all; KēSTA I.T.
