Description: Position Summary: Reviews prep sheets for food preparation. Prepares food as ordered. Prepared food is accurate according to company provided specification. Works FOH/BOH duties as required. Job Tasks and Responsibilities: • Reviews prep sheets for food preparation • Begins and completes baking/food preparation • Assembles catering food in baskets, trays and bowls • Makes deliveries by vehicle or by food as assigned • Responsible for breakfast and lunch preparation and set up for next day orders • Works FOH or BOH as required (secondary functions listed below) • Responsible for clean up duties • Empties trash as required Secondary Functions; Expo, Cashier, Dishwasher, Line Cook See Expo, Dishwasher, Line Cook and Cashier job descriptions - Highlighted tasks include: • Maintain abundant FOH displays and condiment stations • Check bathrooms • Bus tables • Prepare food to spec and order request • Responsible for maintaining accurate cash flow and integrity of financial transactions • Prepare and organize food for delivery to guest Requirements: Job Specifications and Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent. • Must be able to complete CBC driver training, pass a MVR according to CBC standards and maintain a valid drivers' license with insurance • State Foodhandler card/ServSafe certification as applicable • Preferably a minimum of 3 months work experience in a guest service capacity. Restaurant or retail environment preferred • Possess strong guest service and communication skills. • Organized and detail oriented. • Computer literate; proficient in use of POS - Point of Sale systems. • Must be able to read, write and speak English • Must be proficient in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Additional Info: We are an Equal Opportunity / E-Verify Employer.
