What This Role Offers Predictable day-shift schedule Lower-acuity residential environment Strong nurse-resident relationships Supportive leadership and clear expectations A team culture focused on dignity, safety, and quality of life Qualified applicants are typically contacted within 24-48 hours. Key Responsibilities Provide routine and direct nursing care in a residential / ICF setting Administer and document medications per physician orders Maintain accurate documentation in Therap and EMR systems Monitor resident health and communicate changes to physicians and leadership Complete controlled medication counts and report discrepancies Support and guide DSPs and Medication Technicians as needed Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and collaboration Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies Assist with medication inventory and supply coordination QualificationsRequired Active RN license in the State of North Carolina Strong communication and documentation skills Comfort with electronic medical records Valid NC driver's license Preferred Experience in residential care, long-term care, pediatrics, or ICF settings CPR/BLS (Adult & Pediatric) New to residential nursing or returning to the field?
