Southwest Construction Is Looking For Decorative Concrete Technicians Southwest Construction is looking for Decorative Concrete Technicians to join the team! Job duties include the use of power tools and machinery when needed, following instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks, reporting issues with equipment or unsafe conditions, commitment to safety rules, communication and teamwork skills, and working effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards. Preferred (but not required) experience in concrete polishing, concrete staining, concrete overlays, general labor, and concrete stamping. Requirements include being available to work varied hours as needed to meet our customer's demands, ability to work in a fast paced environment, capability to work in varied climate conditions, valid TX driver license is a plus, ability to lift 100 lbs, must pass background check, and must pass drug screen.
